The same order, typed three times.

An order is entered in the sales sheet, written again in the warehouse book and typed a third time for accounting. We build an ERP around how your business really runs, from sales and purchasing to stock and invoices, with AI that reads your documents into entries and speaks up when a number looks wrong.

The problem

Every system tells a different number

When information lives in several places, each place holds its own version of the truth, and none of them is quite right.

  1. 01

    One order, three systems

Sales logs it in one file, the warehouse in its own book, accounting in its software. Every retype is another chance for a mistake.

  2. 02

    Stock nobody trusts

The screen says one thing and the shelf says another. Before promising a customer anything, someone walks to the warehouse to look.

  3. 03

    A month-end that takes a week

Closing the month means collecting files from every department, comparing them and hunting for the differences. By the time the report is ready, the next month is half gone.

What we build

What we build

Not a generic ERP full of modules you'll never open. A system shaped around your products, your warehouses and the way your team works.

  • 01

Sales to delivery in one flow

Quote, order, warehouse release and invoice are one continuous path. Data is entered once and travels with the order.

  • 02

    Purchasing and suppliers

Purchase requests, supplier orders, goods received and matching against the supplier's invoice, with a history for each supplier.

  • 03

    Inventory and warehouse

Stock by warehouse and location, with every receipt, issue and transfer recorded, so the system's number is the shelf's number.

  • 04

    Invoicing and your accounting software

Invoices are built from the order and pushed to the accounting software you already use, without entering them again.

  • 05

    Roles and permissions

Each person sees and changes only what belongs to their role, from the storekeeper to the finance manager.

  • 06

    Live reports

Sales, purchasing and stock as they are right now, not as they were when somebody last merged the files.

How AI helps

How AI helps

AI takes over the work that used to be done by hand at a keyboard, and keeps an eye on the numbers while your team does the real work.

ai.tasks / ai-erprunning
  1. Turns documents into entries

Reads purchase invoices, delivery notes and receipts, pulls out the items and amounts and prepares the entry. A person only confirms it.

  2. Suggests reorders

Learns from your own sales patterns which items are running low and how much it makes sense to order.

  3. Flags what looks unusual

Marks an odd discount, a suspicious stock movement or a price that doesn't match its history, so someone takes a look.

  4. Answers in plain words

Ask "What sold best in the main branch this month?" and get the answer from live data, without waiting for a report.

Outcomes

What changes

Before we build, we agree with you on what to measure. These are the numbers we track together:

01Times an order is entered
How many times one order gets typed today. The goal is once, then visible everywhere.
02Stock accuracy
The gap between the system's number and a physical count, which automatic entries and built-in checks narrow.
03Time to close the month
How many days pass from the last day of the month to a finished report.
04Stockouts and overstock
How often an item ran out or sat unsold, so purchasing follows the sales pattern.
